Oct. 16, 2011 - Las Vegas, Nevada, U.S. - Two-time Indy 500 winner Dan Wheldon, 33, died of injuries sustained in a fiery crash on Lap 13 of the IndyCar season finale at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
