Apr. 19, 1995 - Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, U.S. - Oklahoma City Bombing. A Oklahoma City firefighter CHRIS FIELDS, 30, holds baby ANGEL BAYLEE ALMON. Baylee was thrown from the the Stars and Stripes Daycare Center on the first floor of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building when the explosion occurred. A massive fertilizer bomb was detonated in a Ryder Rent -a-Truck. The convicted bomber Timothy McVeigh was executed June 11, 2001 for the act of terrorism. Co-conspirator Terry Nichols is serving multiple life sentences. Baylee, whom later died as one of the 168 victims, had just celebrated her first birthday, one day before the bombing.
